584.605  Amount of bond.  The amount of the bond required by NRS 584.600 shall be based upon the highest daily average of fluid milk purchased by the distributor in any calendar month during the license year, measured in gallons as follows:

 

Less than 100 gallons....................................................................................... $1,000

100 but less than 200..................................................................................... 2,000

200 but less than 300..................................................................................... 3,000

300 but less than 400..................................................................................... 4,000

400 but less than 500..................................................................................... 5,000

500 but less than 1,000.................................................................................. 6,000

1,000 but less than 2,000................................................................................... 8,000

2,000 but less than 3,000................................................................................ 10,000

3,000 but less than 4,000................................................................................ 15,000

4,000 but less than 5,000................................................................................ 20,000

5,000 or more.................................................................................................... 25,000
