584.069  Regulations: Review by State Board of Health in certain circumstances.  Before the Commission may adopt a regulation pursuant to NRS 584.099 to 584.285, inclusive, the Commission shall submit the regulation to the State Board of Health for review and comment. The Board shall complete its review and return the regulation to the Commission not later than 30 days after its receipt thereof unless the Commission agrees to a longer time.
