586.250  Registration of brands of pesticides with Director; renewal.  Each brand of pesticide which is distributed, sold or offered for sale within this state, or delivered for transportation or transported in intrastate commerce or between points within this state through any point outside this state, must be registered in the office of the Director. Such a registration of a brand of pesticide must be renewed annually.
