586.407  Restricted-use pesticides: Unlawful sale or delivery.  It is unlawful for any person to sell or deliver any restricted-use pesticide to any person who is required by the regulations adopted by the Director to have a permit to use that material, unless the person or the agent of the person to whom delivery is made signs a written statement in a form prescribed by the Director stating that the person holds a valid permit to use the kind and quantity of the restricted-use pesticide which is delivered.
