587.181 Requirements for growers shipping out of State. Alfalfa seed growers who ship their alfalfa seed directly to dealers outside the State of Nevada shall remit assessment fees to and file such reports as are required with the Department.

NRS 587.185 Penalty. Any person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 587.131 to 587.181, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
