588.145 - “Substance” defined. - Nevada Statutes

588.145  “Substance” defined.  “Substance” means any material or mixture of materials which is intended to be used to promote or stimulate the growth of plants, to increase the productiveness of plants, to improve the quality of crops or to produce any chemical or physical change in the soil.

      NRS 588.150  “Ton” defined.  “Ton” means a net ton of 2,000 pounds avoirdupois.
