588.250  Annual determination and publication of values per pound of nitrogen, phosphoric acid and soluble potash.  To determine the commercial values to be applied under the provisions of NRS 588.240, the Director shall determine and publish annually the values per pound of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and soluble potash in commercial fertilizers or agricultural minerals in this state. The values determined and published must be used in determining and assessing penalties.
