590.910  Pro rata reduction required if balance in Fund insufficient for full payment.  If the balance in the Fund is insufficient to pay in full all amounts payable from it under NRS 590.700 to 590.920, inclusive, these amounts must be reduced pro rata and the amounts so withheld must be paid pro rata as additional money becomes available in the Fund.
