599B.225 - Attorney General may apply for equitable relief.

599B.225  Attorney General may apply for equitable relief.  If any person fails to cooperate with an investigation conducted by the Attorney General or to obey a subpoena issued by the Attorney General pursuant to NRS 599B.215, the Attorney General may apply to any district court for equitable relief. The court may:

      1.  Order the person to testify or to produce the requested documents pursuant to the subpoena; and

      2.  Grant other relief necessary to compel compliance by the person.
