604A.210  Chapter does not prohibit licensee from offering customer grace period.  The provisions of this chapter do not prohibit a licensee from offering a customer a grace period on the repayment of a loan or an extension of a loan, except that the licensee shall not charge the customer:

      1.  Any fees for granting such a grace period; or

      2.  Any additional fees or additional interest on the outstanding loan during such a grace period.
