608.170  Assignment of wages void against judgment creditors; prima facie evidence of fraud.  Every assignment of wages, salary or earnings made within the State of Nevada by any person against whom there is, at the time such assignment is made, an unsatisfied judgment for debt on the records of any court within the State of Nevada shall be prima facie evidence of fraud, and shall be void as against the judgment creditors of the person making such an assignment.
