612.350  Weekly benefit for unemployment.

      1.  Each eligible person who is unemployed in any week must be paid for that week a benefit in an amount equal to the person’s weekly benefit amount, less 75 percent of the remuneration payable to him or her for that week.

      2.  The benefit, if not a multiple of $1, must be computed to the next lower multiple of $1.
