614.170  Draft of proposed changes to contract must be submitted in writing before members vote on contract.  The draft of the proposed changes to a contract reached through collective bargaining between a labor organization and an employer must be submitted in writing by the labor organization to the organization’s membership who attend the meeting for ratification before the members vote to accept or reject the contract.
