616A.273 - “Medical facility” defined. - Nevada Statutes

616A.273  “Medical facility” defined.  “Medical facility” means a hospital, clinic or other facility that provides treatment to an employee who:

      1.  Is injured by an accident; or

      2.  Contracts an occupational disease,

Ê arising out of and in the course of his or her employment.
