616B.688  Written agreement regarding employment relationship with leased employees.  The employment relationship with workers provided by an employee leasing company to a client company must be established by written agreement between the employee leasing company and the client company. The employee leasing company shall give written notice of the employment relationship to each leased employee assigned to perform services for the client company.
