616B.330  Self-insured employer may appeal decision of Commissioner.  Any self-insured employer who is aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner of Insurance may appeal in the manner set forth in NRS 679B.310, except that any such appeal must be filed within the time set forth in NRS 616B.327.
