617.470  Occupational diseases of respiratory tract resulting from exposure to dusts.  All conditions, restrictions, limitations and other provisions of NRS 617.460 with reference to the payment of compensation or benefits on account of silicosis or a disease related to asbestos are applicable to the payment of compensation or benefits on account of any other occupational disease of the respiratory tract resulting from injurious exposure to dusts.
