618.916 - “Photovoltaic system project” defined. - Nevada Statutes

618.916  “Photovoltaic system project” defined.

      1.  “Photovoltaic system project” means a project related to:

      (a) The installation of a photovoltaic system; or

      (b) The maintenance of a photovoltaic system.

      2.  The term does not include the installation or maintenance of a photovoltaic system before January 1, 2007.
