622.310  Certain medical information and records protected from disclosure.  If any provision of this title requires a regulatory body to disclose information to the public in any proceeding or as part of any record, such a provision does not apply to any personal medical information or records of a patient that are confidential or otherwise protected from disclosure by any other provision of federal or state law.
