623.357  Allegation and proof of registered status in action for compensation.  No person, firm, copartnership, association or other organization may bring or maintain any action in the courts of this State for the collection of compensation for the performance of any act or contract for which registration is required by this chapter without alleging and proving that such plaintiff was duly registered under this chapter at all times during the performance of such act or contract.
