625.080 - “Responsible charge of work” defined. - Nevada Statutes

625.080  “Responsible charge of work” defined.  “Responsible charge of work” means the independent control and direction, by the use of initiative, skill and independent judgment, of the investigation or design of professional engineering or land-surveying work or the supervision of such work.

      NRS 625.090  “Subordinate” defined.  “Subordinate” means any person directly supervised by a professional land surveyor or professional engineer who assists a professional land surveyor or professional engineer in the practice of land surveying or professional engineering.
