625A.010  Purpose of registration; certificate revocable.  The purpose of registering environmental health specialists and environmental health specialist trainees is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. Any certificate of registration issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege, and no holder of such a certificate of registration acquires thereby any vested right.
