625A.025  “Environmental health specialist” defined.

      1.  “Environmental health specialist” means a person who is engaged in the practice of environmental health and who holds a certificate of registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter.

      2.  The term does not include any person who practices in a field excluded from the definition of the “practice of environmental health” pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 625A.028, unless the person holds a certificate of registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter.
