628.240  Eligibility for examination of candidate who has not met requirement concerning experience.  A candidate for a certificate of certified public accountant who has met the educational requirements as prescribed by the Board pursuant to NRS 628.230 is eligible to take the examination without waiting until he or she meets the requirements of experience if the candidate also meets the requirements of paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 628.190.
