629.191 - Penalty. - Nevada Statutes

629.191  Penalty.  A person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 629.151, 629.161 or 629.171 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

      NRS 629.201  Right to bring civil action.  Any person who suffers an injury as a result of the disclosure of his or her genetic information by another person in violation of NRS 629.171 may bring a civil action for the recovery of his or her actual damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
