630A.130 - Oaths of office. - Nevada Statutes

630A.130  Oaths of office.  Before entering upon the duties of office, each member of the Board shall take:

      1.  The constitutional oath or affirmation of office; and

      2.  An oath or affirmation that the member is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
