631.175  Liability of person retained by Board to judge qualifications of applicant for licensure.  The liability of any person retained as an independent contractor by the Board to judge the qualifications of an applicant for licensure by the Board is limited to the same extent as is provided in NRS 41.035 for a member of the Board.
