635.070 - Issuance of license to successful applicants. - Nevada Statutes

635.070  Issuance of license to successful applicants.  Without unnecessary delay, the Board shall act upon an application for a license submitted pursuant to this chapter. If an applicant is found qualified, the applicant must be issued a license to practice podiatry, or as a podiatry hygienist, as the case may be.
