637.090  Active license required for practice of ophthalmic dispensing or management of business engaged in ophthalmic dispensing.  A person shall not engage in the practice of ophthalmic dispensing or manage a business engaged in ophthalmic dispensing without holding a valid, active license issued as provided by this chapter.
