637A.225 Apprentices: Regulations concerning approval of Board for hearing aid specialist to supervise; procedure for appeal. The Board shall adopt regulations setting forth the procedure for a hearing aid specialist to obtain the approval of the Board to supervise an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist. The regulations must include the procedure for appealing decisions of the Board concerning such approval.
