637A.352 - Engaging in business of hearing aid specialist without license.
637A.352 Engaging in business of hearing aid specialist without license. A person shall not engage in the business of a hearing aid specialist unless the person:
1. Holds a license issued by the Board; or
2. Is exempted from the provisions of this chapter by NRS 637A.025.
