637B.010 - Legislative declaration. - Nevada Statutes

637B.010  Legislative declaration.  The practice of audiology and the practice of speech pathology are hereby declared to be learned professions, affecting public safety and welfare and charged with the public interest, and are therefore subject to protection and regulation by the State.
