638.1419 - Conduct of investigation. - Nevada Statutes

638.1419  Conduct of investigation.  The Board shall appoint one of its members to conduct the investigation of a complaint. The member conducting the investigation may request assistance from the Attorney General or the Executive Director of the Board, and may employ investigators, professional consultants and any other personnel necessary to conduct the investigation.
