639.256 - Automatic restoration of suspended certificate, license or permit. - Nevada Statutes

639.256  Automatic restoration of suspended certificate, license or permit.  A certificate, license or permit which has been suspended for a specified period of time must automatically be restored to good standing on the first day following the period of suspension. The Executive Secretary of the Board, when notifying the respondent of the penalty imposed by the Board, shall inform the respondent of the date on which the certificate, license or permit will be so restored.
