639.138 - Denial of application: Notice. - Nevada Statutes

639.138  Denial of application: Notice.  If the Board, after an investigation, denies any application for a certificate, license or permit, the Executive Secretary of the Board shall notify the applicant, within 10 days after the denial is approved by the Board and entered in the official minutes, by registered or certified mail, of the denial of the application and the reasons therefor. The notice must inform the applicant of the right to petition the Board for reconsideration and the right to submit evidence to controvert the alleged violations on which the denial was based.
