639.160  Notice of new place of practice.  Every registered pharmacist shall, within 10 days after changing his or her place of practice as designated on the books of the Executive Secretary of the Board, notify the Executive Secretary of the change and of the new place of practice. Upon receipt of the notification, the Executive Secretary shall make the necessary change in his or her register.
