639.211 - Mental illness: Immediate suspension of right to practice. - Nevada Statutes

639.211  Mental illness: Immediate suspension of right to practice.  The adjudication of insanity or mental illness, or the voluntary commitment or admission to any hospital for a mental illness of any certificate holder, shall operate as an immediate suspension of the right of the certificate holder to practice pharmacy in this State, and such suspension shall continue until restoration to or declaration of sanity or mental competence.
