639.2121  Conviction of certain felonies: Immediate suspension of certificate, license, registration or permit; reinstatement.  The conviction of any person who holds a certificate, license, registration or permit issued pursuant to this chapter of a felony for a violation of any federal law or law of any state concerning drugs or chemicals operates as an immediate suspension of the certificate, license, registration or permit. The person so convicted may apply to the Board for reinstatement at any time.

      NRS 639.2122  Corporations: Denial, suspension and revocation of certificates, licenses and permits.  The Board may suspend, revoke or deny any certificate, license, permit or registration of a corporation where conditions exist in relation to any person holding 10 percent or more of the corporate stock of such corporation or to any officer or director of such corporation which would constitute grounds for disciplinary action against such person if he or she were a licensee.
