639.0154 - “Telepharmacy” defined. - Nevada Statutes

639.0154  “Telepharmacy” defined.  “Telepharmacy” means:

      1.  A pharmacy; or

      2.  An office of a dispensing practitioner who is employed by a nonprofit entity that is designated as a federally qualified health center,

Ê that is accessible by a remote site or a satellite consultation site via computer link, video link and audio link.
