639.510 - Protection of certain information obtained by Board. - Nevada Statutes

639.510  Protection of certain information obtained by Board.  The Board shall implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect the information obtained by the Board pursuant to NRS 639.500 and all other information related to an application for a license to engage in wholesale distribution to protect the information from unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. The provisions of this section do not prohibit the Board from disclosing and providing such information to other state and federal agencies involved in the regulation of prescription drugs to the extent deemed necessary by the Board.
