640.029 - Applicability of chapter. - Nevada Statutes

640.029  Applicability of chapter.  This chapter does not apply to an occupational therapist, occupational therapy assistant or athletic trainer who:

      1.  Is licensed to practice in this state;

      2.  Practices within the scope of that license; and

      3.  Does not represent that he or she is a physical therapist or physical therapist’s assistant, or that he or she practices physical therapy.
