641.100  Rules and regulations. [Effective January 1, 2011.]  The Board may make and promulgate rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter governing its procedure, the examination, licensure and certification of applicants, the granting, refusal, revocation or suspension of licenses and certificates and the practice of psychology.
