641.232  Board to adopt regulations establishing grounds for disciplinary action for licensed behavior analysts, licensed assistant behavior analysts and certified autism behavior interventionists. [Effective January 1, 2011.]  The Board shall adopt regulations that establish the grounds for disciplinary action for a licensed behavior analyst, licensed assistant behavior analyst or certified autism behavior interventionist.
