641A.370 - Rehearing: Time for application. - Nevada Statutes

641A.370  Rehearing: Time for application.  If the Board revokes or suspends a license for a fixed time, the licensee may apply for a rehearing within 10 days after the date of the suspension or revocation and the Board may grant the application upon the terms and conditions it deems appropriate within 30 days after the application.

      NRS 641A.400  Reinstatement of license after revocation.  One year after the date of a revocation of a license, application may be made to the Board for reinstatement. The Board has complete discretion to accept or reject an application for reinstatement and may require examination for reinstatement.
