641B.200 - Preliminary qualifications. - Nevada Statutes

641B.200  Preliminary qualifications.  Each applicant for a license shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant is:

      1.  At least 21 years of age.

      2.  A citizen of the United States, or is lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States.
