641B.270 - Licensing of person licensed in another state. - Nevada Statutes

641B.270  Licensing of person licensed in another state.  The Board may grant a license without examination to a person who holds a current license to engage in the practice of social work in a state whose licensing requirements at the time the license was issued are deemed by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements set forth in this chapter.
