641B.300  Fees. [Effective on the date 2 years after the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]  The Board shall charge and collect fees not to exceed the following amounts for:

 

Initial application................................................................................................... $40

Provisional license..................................................................................................... 75

Initial issuance of a license................................................................................... 100

Annual renewal of a license.................................................................................. 150

Reinstatement of a revoked license.................................................................... 150

Restoration of an expired license........................................................................ 200
