641C.100  “Practice of counseling alcohol and drug abusers” defined.  “Practice of counseling alcohol and drug abusers” means the application of counseling to reduce or eliminate the habitual use of alcohol or other drugs, other than any maintenance dosage of a narcotic or habit-forming drug administered pursuant to chapter 453 of NRS.
