641C.260  Application required for license or certificate; submission of fingerprints; payment of application fee.  Each applicant for a license or certificate must submit to the Board:

      1.  An application on a form provided by the Board;

      2.  A complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Board to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report; and

      3.  The application fee prescribed in NRS 641C.470.
