642.340  License required to engage in or hold out as engaging in business of funeral director; place of business.

      1.  A person shall not engage in or conduct, or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or conducting, the business of a funeral director unless the person is licensed as a funeral director by the Board.

      2.  The business of a funeral director must be conducted and engaged in at a funeral establishment.
